12.2 If ph897 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all collected data will be reviewed, and deposits will be returned in full. The data associated with the underage account will be deleted after any regulatory reporting obligations are satisfied.
12.3 ph897 uses KYC identity verification to enforce the 21+ age requirement. Age verification is mandatory before withdrawal access is granted. Players providing false information about their age are in breach of the ph897 Terms and Conditions.
