4.4 KYC Verification. ph897 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) and may require proof of address or payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use their ph897 account.
5.1 ph897 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction.

7.1 ph897 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses and promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of offer. Where general Terms conflict with specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

13.2 ph897's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim.
13.3 ph897 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond ph897's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government action.

15.3 A Player's continued use of the ph897 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must close their account before the effective date of the amendment.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or a Player's use of the ph897 Platform shall first be submitted to ph897's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat or email. ph897 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 15 business days of receipt.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph897's internal process, Players may escalate to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. The PAGCOR escalation process is described on PAGCOR's official channels.
16.4 The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of any disputes not resolved through the processes described in clauses 16.2 and 16.3.
